When you want to take your business, your craft, or your creative pursuit to the next level, you need a coach.
Lately it’s really hit me how true this is because I started taking voice coaching.
I realized several years ago that my biggest obstacle, and many peoples biggest obstacles to singing was confidence. I had been told I wasn’t a good singer so I was shaky, which made me not a good singer.
Ever been told you wouldn’t make it? Well at first it’s really the fear that stops you, not a lack of skill or ability to learn.
(And by the way you’re a great singer, I know it).
But, I realized after several years of just working on the confidence piece, that I was ready to take it to the next level, to really refine my singing skills.
So what did I do?
Well it first I tried downloading an app, but when I realize that the whole point of refining my skills was getting specialized personal attention, I went and found a voice coach. And in only a few months I’ve seen a drastic increase in my range, the speed of notes I can sing while changing pitch, and all sorts of other fun things.
