Hey, I’m Noé, the founder of Worth The Journey. I’ve spent 8 years helping solo business owners and small teams turn their ideas into brands that feel true to them. My approach blends technical marketing strategy with intuitive creativity (I have a background in both software engineering and dance improvisation!). I started WTJ because I saw how overwhelming marketing can be, and I wanted to create a process that makes branding and web design feel clear, empowering, and even enjoyable.
I’m so proud of this team. Every meeting is a mix of strategy, belly laughs, and the deep trust that makes magic happen. Each person here is a leader in their craft—designers and strategists who bring brands to life. But beyond that? They’re just genuinely good humans. The kind you actually want in your corner. How it all started…
Worth The Journey began in 2016 as a cozy living room mastermind group. Just a bunch of creative entrepreneurs trying to figure out how to share their work with the world. What started as a few people with big ideas quickly turned into packed workshops, community events, and a realization: people needed more than advice. They needed real, strategic support.
So we rolled up our sleeves and built a studio. Now, we help clients all over the country grow businesses they’re proud of, with branding, design, and marketing that actually works. Whether you're launching for the first time or rebuilding from the ground up—we’re here to help it feel clear, fun, and deeply aligned.
