Some of us, like me, think better when we move our bodies and breathe.
We are kinesthetic learners and need to move often.
So give yourself permission to move around during meetings by setting the expectation before your meetings and explaining that you’re a kinesthetic learner and will contribute better this way.
Your work will be better quality and your energy will improve. In general, you'll feel fantastic, and more like yourself than ever before.
