When you’re feeling stuck write it down, get it all out on paper
Something that’s helped me a lot lately when I feel stuck is…
Pen and paper
Write down whatever you’re stuck on get it out of your head (which is like a popcorn machine of thoughts) and onto a visual surface you can then look at and play with kinesthetically.
I just listened to Matthew on the Huberman Lab podcast episode about the science of sleep, and now there’s research showing that journaling out whatever is worrying you or occupying your mind before sleep helps you fall asleep 50% faster.
That’s bananas!
So if you’re stuck right now, grab a pen and paper and write it all out.
It’ll help get you unstuck.
