Most people don’t ask for help…but it’s a big mistake
Most people don’t ask for help because they think it makes them weak, or they believe they’re supposed to be tough enough or smart enough to deal with it all their own.
Then we think the universe is a cold, dark place where we have to fight to be noticed or to become successful.
It turns out the opposite is actually just as true or truer. It’s a kind, generous universe.
Think about it, when we were born we were each given life we didn’t have to do anything for, food we didn’t have to do anything for, and if you really look closely you’ll see that we were given work, money, relationships, and everything for free. We’ve never had to pay the universe for anything, and it keeps on giving us support.
Once we learn that asking for help actually connects us, and that people are usually happy to help, feel honored to, value helping, and, like us are responsible enough to hold their own boundaries and make their own decisions, it’s like a giant boulder is lifted from our shoulders.
Start asking for help. It’ll change your world.
