Meet the DreamTeam

Dorka
Nagy
Graphic Designer
Hey! I’m a graphic designer with a serious love for the little things—whether it’s fine-tuning a logo or making sure every piece of a brand fits just right. I’ve always been a creative person. As a kid, I was constantly drawing, crafting, or coming up with elaborate imaginary worlds (sometimes all three at once). That creativity naturally grew into a passion for design, and now I get to turn ideas into visuals for a living.
One of my favorite parts of the job is working with small businesses that have big dreams. There’s something really special about helping someone bring their vision to life—from that first spark of an idea to a brand that actually feels like them. It’s not just about making things look pretty (though that’s definitely part of it); it’s about creating something that truly connects with people.
Outside of work, I’m usually deep in a D&D campaign, testing out a new video game, or at the gym trying to balance out all the time I spend in front of a screen. I like to keep life playful, creative, and just a little nerdy.
Fun fact about me:
I love collecting knick-knacks. I have a large collection of dice, lego minifigures, colorful mugs and cups, sketchbooks (that I totally use) and enamel pins. If I see something I like, I bring it home. (Help, I’m running out of space!)

Vedad
Hamzic
Web Developer, Meticulous Architect
I’m passionate about building websites that work flawlessly, whether I’m customizing a theme or coding everything from the ground up. I love converting beautiful Figma designs into fully functional Squarespace or WordPress sites. My philosophy is simple: get things done right the first time, with thoughtful design, solid architecture, and an unwavering eye for detail to transform ideas into intuitive, high-performance online experiences.
When I’m not turning pixels into perfection, I’m spending time with my family, shooting hoops, or diving deep into hip-hop as a true enthusiast (though I promise not to rap during meetings).
Fun fact about me:
I actually started out with a BA in English Literature intending to teach Shakespeare in schools before pivoting into web development. While I still cherish my days in the classroom immersed in Shakespeare’s works, I’m happiest assembling pixel-perfect layouts, sinking jump shots on the court, and hunting down classic hip-hop tracks.

Irna
Skoljic
Project Manager, Detail Enthusiast
I’m Irna, your go-to project manager at Worth the Journey. I make sure everything runs like clockwork, from the big picture down to the tiniest detail (yes, I’m that devil in the details). Ironically, I once thought I’d have a quiet, introverted career.
Now, I spend my days talking to people... all day. Turns out, managing projects is the perfect balance of chaos and conversation!

Faris
Dzampo
Web Developer
I’m Faris, a web developer at Worth the Journey, where I help bring clean, user-friendly websites to life. I believe in writing straightforward, maintainable code and collaborating closely with our team to solve problems and keep things running smoothly.
Fun fact about me:
I’m well over six feet tall and spend my weekends refereeing local basketball games, so I never miss a foul.
