Who we are.

Meet our team of serious, dedicated business experts. P.S. We like banana phone.

Noé is our founder and CEO.

Noé specializes in marketing, backend systems, productivity, and team efficiency. In everything he teaches, he focuses on heart-centered business practices. In addition, he is a certified career coach, certified life coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and ex-software engineer at Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft and F5 Networks.

Noé is passionate about shifting the status quo so that anyone can make a living doing what they love with nothing but $100 in their pocket. When he’s not teaching business and marketing, he loves to dance, DJ, and host quirky themed parties.

Harmony is our
Chief Community Officer.

Harmony Eichsteadt is an expert in building and organizing communities. She has worked with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, political campaigns, cooperatives, VC-backed startups, artists, and activists around the world to help them build powerful, engaged, and effective communities.

Harmony has previously served as the Head of Community at Good Life Project and the Evangelist at NationBuilder. She was awarded the Lora Romero Memorial Award for Interdisciplinary Research in Race, Ethnicity, and Gender and she is passionate about bringing an interdisciplinary approach to the work she does with her clients.

Our Philosophy

We believe that entrepreneurship is a very spiritual path. It forces us to work on leadership, integrity, full self-expression, responsibility, generosity, a sharp intellect, and humbleness in success. The Six Pillars below demonstrated our values.

The Six Pillars of
Heart-Centered Business

We created The Six Pillars to underline what makes a business heart-centered. These values are challenging to practice, but we and our community are dedicated to living and making decisions by them.

Abundance over Wealth

Happiness comes from sharing success, not hoarding it.
So I value abundance over wealth.

Bravery over Longevity

Bravery turns fear into endurance.
So I value bravery over longevity.

Honesty over Contentment

Peace comes from hiding nothing.
So I value honesty over contentment.

Solidarity over Relationships

We’re all interconnected.
So I value solidarity over relationships.

Agility over Success

Without agility, success is temporary.
So I value agility over success.

Service over Joy

Joy is the natural result of service.
So I value service over joy.

What our clients say

Eliza Grace

Vlogger, Burlesque Performer
The Femmepire Strikes Back

I LOVE working with Noe and Harmony. Their skills and styles are very complimentary. While Harmony jumps into the stream-of- consciousness inspiration, Noé researches and brings juicy, tangible details. I feel like we accomplished in two hours what it would take me a month to do by myself. They have immense insight as a team in targeting root causes and addressing foundational structures.

Since working with Worth the Journey, our profits have literally doubled and we have just about halved the amount of stress I experience on a daily basis. Working with the team at Worth the Journey has been so incredibly helpful for my business. Not only do I feel like I finally have a real business community to collaborate and connect with, I have a support system for all the nitty gritty details of starting my own business as a young woman.

Worth The Journey’s business and marketing weekend summit has been crucial for me. It’s helped me remember what my purpose is, why I’m here, why I do what I do. And now, what I need to do next: how to make my offering fly. Much gratitude for how much this weekend has given me.

I have attended a variety of events with these two. Their winter retreat, Inward, set the tone and direction of my entire year. It was both nourishing, heart felt, highly information and helped me get SO CLEAR about my professional goals. I really credit much of my success this year to the goal setting I got last December. Thank you so much!
