Identifying Your Friction Points Is The Only Way To Make Break Throughs

Sep 10, 2017

Friction points can be external or internal.

An external friction point is when you see a number of people watching your videos, but not going to your website.

An external friction point is when your clients take a long time to or end up not signing up for a second session.

An internal friction point is when you’re so overbooked and lost in client communications that clients just drop off your radar and don’t schedule sessions.

An internal friction point is when you realize you’re so busy you actually no longer have time to ship your works of art by yourself.

Identifying a friction point is a giant relief because out of it will naturally come solutions. Without understanding the real friction point(s) you’re running your business blind.
